My personal experience, some months back I had a Dell Latitude E series and boy it was slow. I tried everything I could from installing drivers, uninstalling apps, deleting movies and several other things to speed up my computer, but all seemed abortive.
Not got advised by a friend to get an extra Ram chip set in addition to my 2gb ram and that’s how I solved my slow computer issue. i also got a little help from computer production company dell as well.
